Windows Update 一直沒有使用 proxy（用 netstat 看的），後來在 Squid 的 Wiki 上看到解法（是 Windows 的問題）：

Squid 設定-Windows Update cache...
Windows Update （WU）實在是有夠難設定 cache 的。下面是我設定的步驟，這樣設定確實可以將 WU 要下載的檔案存在 Squid 的 cache 內，不過我相信不用這麼複雜。不過，等有時間再來慢慢試驗囉！
